Terms and Conditions
* Class I rated or higher hitch installed w/2" ball.
* Hitch should be approximately 17"-19" in height so a drop-down or lift attachment may be needed.
* 4-pin flat electrical hookup for tail lights or an adaptor.
* Working brake, signal and tail lights.
*Items included in your rental: Memory foam QUEEN with mattress cover + Single burner stove + 1 can Propane for burner + 1 roll toilet paper + Cast iron skillet + percolator + basic cooking utensils + Basic dish-ware for 2 + 2 coffee mugs + 2 tumblers + emergency tools + Extension cord for solar units + attachable table with overhead light + dish soap + dish basin + fresh sponge + spray bottle of counter cleaner
* All vehicles towing our trailers are required to have current auto liability insurance.
* All drivers must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license, be a permissible driver on the auto insurance and be present at the time of pick up.
* Each additional driver must have a valid driver's license, be at lease 25 years of age and a permissible driver on the auto insurance.
* Renter must be present, and provide a major credit card and valid picture identification at time of pick up.
* Renter's identification name must match name on credit card being used to pay for deposit/rental.
* Two night minimum rental.
* Three night minimum on holidays.
* Reservation deposit of $100 is required at the time of reservation, secured by your Visa or MasterCard, which will be applied to total amount of rental due at time of pick up.
* A $200 returnable security/damage deposit is required for each trailer rental, secured by your Visa or MasterCard on a separate invoice.
* The total rental amount will be charged to your credit card at departure from our lot.
* We will e-mail confirmation of your rental.
* Prices are subject to change without notice. Reserved rates are guaranteed not to change.
* Pick-up times are between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon Monday through Friday.
* Drop-off times are between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
* We are flexible regarding pick-up and drop-off times and days. Just let us know your plans and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy-cancellation fees determined at noon of reserved start date.
* No cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to reserved start date.
* $100 cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to reserved start date.
*Customer is responsible for all damage or expenses to return unit to condition as rented.
*There will be a cleaning cost of $30 if trailer is not returned in the clean condition as rented, charged to the credit card on file.
* No smoking in cabin. Detection of smoke will result in a forfeiture of deposit plus any other cleaning costs charged to the credit card on file.
* There will be a fee of $150 for late returns. Further, if your late return affects someone else's rental/pick up/dates/time you can be also be assessed fees for any losses to this company and any renter who's reservation has been disrupted, charged to the credit card on file.
* Your signature or payment of deposit/rental fee or acceptance of vehicle serves an acceptance of our Agreement as outlined in our Terms and Conditions online, in the Rental Agreement or Confirmation letter (hereinafter referred to as a whole as "Agreement) .
*Burning Man - we have certain units which we allow to Burning Man Festival. There is an extra fee of $400 for our trailer to attend. Detection of attendance at the festival without prior approval will result in forfeiture of deposit plus cost of any damages charged to your credit card on file.

*Pet Policy - We understand that your best friend is a great companion on camping trips. We have certain units in which we will allow a pet so let us know if you are bringing one. We expect the unit to be returned as if your pet was never there, i.e. no hair, dander, smell or damage. Your pet is NEVER to be left alone in cabin. If there is any detection of hair, smell or damage to our camper, you will forfeit your damage deposit; plus you may be charged a cleaning/damage repair fee, charged to your credit card on file.

How about a Happy Camper Teardrop camper trip to beautiful Lake Tahoe? There are lots of campgrounds along the way and even near the casinos! The drive along Highway 50 is scenic and the towing won't be any easier than in one of our rentals.
Or, visit one of the Sonoma Coast State Beaches. It's an easy drive and you can do some antiquing along the way! Stay a night or two at Bodega Dunes or Wright's Beach campgrounds near Bodega Bay; then, if you are ready for a little more, head up to Stillwater Cove Regional Park or Ocean Cove Campground at Jenner! Imagine pulling up, unhooking your trailer, and setting your beach chairs out to relax and enjoy a perfect ocean sunset!
